  • Salary: Range between $50,000 and $60,000 for base salary, depending on experience plus a bonus opportunity on each closing.

Primary Responsibilities and Required Skillsets

  • Assisting the sales team with contract paperwork, escrow documents, appraisals, and lender documents
  • Maintaining listings, showings, and closing calendars
  • Managing all administrative duties for homebuyers from contract to close
  • Reviewing all documentation for accuracy
  • Managing database of all new construction documents
  • Managing and overseeing all MLS listings for accuracy and compliance with company and MLS protocols
  • Maintaining accurate client and broker records
  • Utilize existing task management software
  • Property site visits
  • Miscellaneous research and special projects
  • Other tasks and duties related to the sales of new construction homes as assigned
