Since joining in September 2014, Paul has specialized in structuring complex capital markets solutions and fostering strategic partnerships that empower redT Homes and its developer clients to achieve their vision. Paul is a trusted resource in connecting with tailored funding options for redT projects, leveraging his extensive expertise to secure financing across a wide spectrum of sources. These include bank loans, debt funds, private money, as well as sophisticated capital stacks that integrate multiple layers of debt and equity. His ability to navigate these financial landscapes ensures redT and their clients have access to the right capital at the right time. With over 18 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate finance, Paul excels in designing and executing capital structures that align with investor objectives. He has a deep understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks, enabling him to build relationships with lenders, equity partners, family offices, and institutional investors to structure deals that deliver long-term value. From 2006 to 2012, Paul held leadership roles at his family’s development company in Colorado Springs, where he successfully closed over $100 million in construction and CMBS financing for a range of asset types, including Class A office/medical buildings, hospitality projects, multifamily developments, and retail centers. From 2012 to 2014, Paul served as Controller for a Denver-based real estate acquisitions firm, where he oversaw capital sourcing and asset repositioning for distressed single-family and commercial properties. Throughout his career, Paul has demonstrated exceptional skill in creating strategic partnerships, building innovative capital solutions, and driving sustainable growth for his organizations. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and an active Colorado Real Estate Broker License.
