Nathan is the Chief Acquisitions Officer at redT Homes. He began his real estate career in 2003 by purchasing a home to renovate. By 2007, his first full year as a real estate broker, Nathan managed 10 million dollars in sales and was the top agent at Sterling Real Estate Group. The trend continued over the next several years as he reached more than 20 million in sales annually by 2011. Nathan transitioned from doing a few renovation projects a year to completing more 40 per year by 2011. In 2012, he started building homes by jumping straight into multi-family construction. Nathan has developed numerous projects to include single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, mixed-use projects, and condo/apartment projects. Nathan has overseen the entitlement of more than 45 development deals, including more than 1,000 residential units and some commercial development. With over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in investment, development, brokerage, construction, design, and property management, Nathan has expertise in the built environment’s full life cycle. Nathan’s leadership and holistic approach to real estate have gained redT Homes a reputation for expertise and excellence in the sale and lease-up of new infill construction. Gregory brings a seasoned presence to the daily management, development, and oversight of redT’s financials. He comes to the Denver area after spending the better part of two decades in Northern California, where he held key financial executive roles at Brookfield Residential Properties Inc. (BRPI) and the Lennar Corporation. As CFO of BRPI NorCal, which provides large-scale construction services, developing and selling residential buildings, single-family homes, apartments, and merchant builder lots, Gregory led the strategic financial planning, analysis, and business planning efforts. During his time with national homebuilder Lennar, he led the financial team for the Bay Area Urban Division, where he was heavily involved in securing exclusive rights from the City of San Francisco and Navy to entitle and develop two large urban master plan communities including Hunters Point Shipyard/Candlestick Point and Treasure Island.

Paul Ko joined redT in September 2014. He oversees all aspects of the company’s investments, dispositions, capital raise, managing all debt and equity relationships, and business development. Paul also served as the Chief Financial Officer at redT between 2017-2021. While at redT, Paul has been an excellent resource for assisting and connecting redT’s developer clients with funding sources for their development projects. Sources have ranged from bank loans, debt funds, private and hard money loans, to more complex capital stacks, including multiple debts and equity layers. Paul brings over 16 years of financial management experience in residential and commercial real estate, focusing on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity. From 2006 to 2012, he held leadership positions in his family’s development company in Colorado Springs, closing on over $100 Million in loans for construction and CMBS financing of assets ranging from Class A office/medical to hospitality, multifamily, and retail centers. From 2012 to 2014, Paul served as Controller for a Denver real estate acquisition company using institutional funds to acquire foreclosures of single-family and commercial assets from all over Colorado. During this time, Paul oversaw the transactions of over $150M in assets. He managed the accounting and finance team and created a system to audit and recapture almost $1M in recoverable reimbursements initially missed before his tenure. He has helped these organizations define their strategic direction, prepare new business plans, streamline financial and procedural policies, and create monitoring and accountability systems. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and actively holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.

Jim is an Architectural Project Manager. Originally from the east coast, he earned his BS in Architecture from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA. He then went on to earn his Master of Architecture from The New School in New York City, NY. Living in three different cities has given Jim an opportunity to understand the complexities of Residential design and how it relates to its urban (or suburban) context. With a background in Single and Multi-family Residential work, Jim brings an understanding of high-level design, documentation, and project management to redT. Additionally, his sustainable design goals align directly with redT’s mission: Building A Greener Colorado. In his free time, Jim enjoys snowboarding, hiking, time with his wife and dogs, and playing and/or watching practically any sport.

Craig comes to us bringing 12 years of experience building high-end luxury custom, semi-custom, and spec homes. In Colorado, he’s delivered houses all throughout Boulder and Larimer Counties. Most recently, he’s proud of the services he provided for several Marshall fire victims. From 2022 to 2023 he managed eight full custom fire re-builds. He worked closely with Boulder County Municipal staff, from pre-construction through project delivery, helping his organization navigate challenging new build requirements stemming from the devastating fire. Before his move to Colorado in 2019, in partnership with a small outfit in Oakton, VA, Craig built and sold single-family homes in Vienna, Arlington, and McLean, VA. As his company’s sole internal listing agent and project manager, from 2013 to 2019 he delivered close to 30 million worth of spec/semi-custom/custom homes. Outside of work, Craig cherishes the time he spends with his wife and young son, and looks forward to family camping trips throughout Colorado.

After attending Pittsburg State University, he followed the field construction career path, starting out as an Assistant Superintendent and growing into Lead Superintendent and Project Management. He values the residential building process and building relationships with clients and trade partners. When away from the job site, Dom can be found with his wife, Taylor, and doggos, June, and Bailey – probably camping somewhere in the national forest.

I am a dedicated father and husband with a growing appreciation for the construction industry. My journey began at age 17 as a certified water mitigation technician, responding 24/7 to water intrusions. I then transitioned into industrial hygiene, inspecting buildings and monitoring air quality for hazardous materials. I started my home-building career as a warranty representative with Richmond American Homes, working with hundreds of homeowners during the post-housing bubble recovery. I later advanced to Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, where I became a superintendent managing home construction in Stapleton Denver, the largest infill project in the U.S. at that time. Throughout my career, I have pursued professional growth through Rapport leadership training in Las Vegas, joining the Denver Home Builders Association, becoming a member of the Young Leaders Club, and earning my Residential (C) General Contractor's license. These experiences have equipped me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of the construction industry.

Joshua is the Senior Development Project Manager at redT. He has a Bachelor of Science in City and Regional Planning and is accredited with the American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP). Joshua’s career spans over 10 years in planning for both Private and Public Sector through various land entitlement process. His greatest influence comes from his community planning studies in Scandinavia where best planning practices are utilized, and meaningful pedestrian experience create a higher quality of life. Joshua is passionate about bringing many of these successful models to build a greener Colorado. Outside of work, he enjoys camping with his family, home renovation, seeking rare spirits, and attending concerts.

He was integral in their growth across multiple states and generated new revenue as a core competency. Before that he was a Search and Rescue Operations Manager and Law Enforcement Officer, where he honed his leadership skills and strategic thinking. Transitioning into civilian life, he earned an Environmental Design and Sustainable Urban Planning degree while actively raising and securing scholarship funds for military veterans. Elijah has personally closed over 500 residential real estate transactions, showcasing his drive and love of real estate. Currently, Elijah serves as a director on the board of "Kenzi's Causes," passionately working to secure investment funds for the charity. She has 19 years of procurement experience; 5 of them in Preconstruction Management in commercial and residential buildings. She’s skilled in negotiations, subcontracts, compliance, and vendor relations—a dedicated team player who knows the importance of delivering on time and budget. Adopter of IDEA for expanding intelligence in problem-solving, advocate for LEED-certified homes, and an enthusiast for organized processes. Ben started with redT in October of 2022, but he has had a passion for construction and real estate his whole life! Growing up in Littleton, CO, he spent a lot of time in Denver growing up, and a lot of time working alongside his father in construction. Between installing doors & trim in his dad's company as well as fixing and flipping homes with him, it's safe to say Ben practically grew up on a job site. He obtained his BSBA from the University of Denver in Real Estate & The Built Environment, focusing on Construction Management. Since then, he has worked in commercial, multi-family, and residential construction roles. However, his strong passion for residential real estate has gravitated toward buildings meaningful and sustainable homes. As a purchasing agent, he ensures redT gets the absolute best prices on material and labor by soliciting bids, negotiating contracts, and awarding subcontractors with our green projects. Ben's goal is to make building green homes easier (and more affordable) for everyone involved.

Kevin brings over 30 years of extensive experience in the real estate industry, spanning both public and private sectors. His diverse expertise encompasses over 15 years of hands-on operational roles in accounting, finance, purchasing, information technology, vertical construction, and land development. Leveraging his comprehensive operational background, Kevin transitioned into an advisory capacity within the consulting industry. For the past 15 years, he has been instrumental in helping clients address and resolve business challenges by redesigning and optimizing cross-functional processes, implementing ERP solutions, automating back-office functions, and developing actionable long-term IT strategies.

Greta comes to redT after eight years as a one-person Family Office, managing real estate investments and the family’s assets. Her diverse background includes property and operational accounting and auditing for the Federal Government. Greta is a sixth-generation Colorado native who grew up with hippie parents who practiced sustainability. In fact, she helped her father build his home entirely out of repurposed materials and straw bales. Ask her how fun it was to tear down an old, decrepit pole barn made of Douglas fir and reuse the wood to make ceiling joists. It was so much fun! When Greta is not staring at spreadsheets, she can be found in the mountains at her family’s home, where she likes to mountain bike, backcountry ski, hang out in a hammock, and recover from I-70 traffic.

As a former athlete, he has a strong passion for sports, and he spends his free time enjoying the outdoors. He loves to hike, snowboard, camp, and backpack, embracing all that Colorado's natural beauty has to offer. His dog is his constant companion and a big part of his life.

Jared is our resident “fish out of water”, joining the redT team from the aerospace industry. An aerospace engineer specializing in wind tunnel testing for nearly 20 years, he was looking for a change of pace and for something with less business travel. As our CRM administrator, Jared will be the driving force behind a good portion of our marketing efforts geared towards new development, and will be helping manage Salesforce within our company. Jared is detail-oriented, good with numbers, and his engineering side likes building efficient processes for the most optimized performance possible. He enjoys working with almost any new technology, and he loves his gadgets! He is a self-proclaimed geek who is obsessed with coffee, and enjoys an occasional fine craft beer or whisky. As a Colorado native with family in the Denver area going back into the 1890’s, he enjoys everything our beautiful state has to offer, and has explored much of the state. He is an avid outdoorsman, so when not working or spending time at home with his family and pets, you’re likely to find him somewhere outside hunting, fishing, or camping, and maybe roasting some coffee too.

Eli grew up in the Denver Metro Area and started working for redT as an Executive Administrative Assistant in 2019. With previous management and customer service experience, she took on the role of Property Manager. Looking to live the warm beach life, she moved to Miami and spent two years exploring the beaches of South Florida, paddleboarding the mangroves, and eating Caribbean food. Home is where the heart is, and Eli decided to move back to be close to family and explore the Rocky Mountains. Eli will continue with the role of Property Manager to help oversee our investors' assets and serve as the Executive Administrative Assistant to the CIO. Outside of learning Real Estate, Eli enjoys hiking, cycling, and spending time with family.
