  • General understanding of construction systems and processes.
  • Intermediate MS Office skills (advanced in Excel a plus).

  • Ability to handle conflict tactfully and professionally

Real Estate Sales Associate

Compensation:

Range between $50,000 and $60,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) as well as on target earnings ranging between $100,000 and $150,000.

Please note: This position requires a willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends. Sales Associates work a staggered schedule with other team members to ensure 7 day/week coverage. The standard work week will not be Monday through Friday. Please understand you will be required to work a varied schedule.

Real Estate Sales Associate Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound marketing activities using proven strategies
  • Network with other agents and build relationships to increase buyer pool for our listings, which include in-house developments as well as new construction homes for developer clients
  • Respond to inbound inquiries from potential buyers, providing information on available new construction properties
  • Maintain client relations through extended new construction escrow process
  • Maintain accurate spec and fact sheets on all projects
  • Coordinate and execute sales appointments
  • Conduct routine property visits to ensure all properties are show-ready
  • Organize and plan open houses and launch parties
  • Reports to Vice President of Sales
