Purchasing Coordinator

Who redT Homes is looking for:

We are seeking a Purchasing Coordinator who is a self starter and wants the opportunity to grow within a company that will be building 200+ homes in 2024. We are in hyper growth mode and expect to consistently deliver well beyond 200 homes each year. We are currently #BuildingAGreenerColorado with our sights set beyond Colorado!   • Compensation range: Range between $57,500 and $62,500 annually (based on experience)

Ideal Qualifications:

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Work with Purchasing Agent to issue contracts to subcontractors for our projects
  • Facilitate purchase orders and work with our accounting team to resolve issues as needed
  • Assist Purchasing Agent with bidding process as requested
  • Assist the purchasing team with setup of new plans and sales options
  • Maintain all Vendor Licensing and Insurance Requirements at 100% compliance
