Marketing Manager

Who redT Homes is looking for:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at redT Homes. This role calls for a strategic thinker with a minimum of 3 years of experience in homebuilding and/or real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be a creative problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supporting our sales team by developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that directly engage consumers and expand our brand within the local real estate community.

  • Salary Range: $80,000 – $100,000 (depending on experience) + Bonus potential

Primary Responsibilities and Required Skillsets:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Spearhead comprehensive marketing campaigns that target consumers and engage the local real estate community.
  • Lead-Gen Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives, ensuring they align with our strategic goals.
  • Enhance Digital Presence: Manage and optimize our online platforms, including our website and social media channels, using SEO/SEM principles.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytics to track campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Content Creation and Management: Collaborate with creative teams to produce compelling content for all marketing platforms.
  • Project Coordination: Ensure all marketing projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet our high-quality standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners to ensure marketing efforts are cohesive and aligned with broader company objectives.
