His three decades of experience spans over all residential construction phases with hands-on involvement in every construction stage, from Planning, Product Development, estimating, budgeting, purchasing, scheduling to final build and customer service. Cooper started his professional journey in 1985 as a Carpenter. He moved up his career graph fast and dynamically—proving as an excellent resource in every company and on every residential construction project that he has worked. He has an impressive portfolio with a wealth of experience working at high-level positions such as an Director of Field Operations, Operations Manager and Director of Purchasing with top industry employers like Cadre General Contractors, Del Webb, Richmond American Homes, Shea Homes, and KB HOME.
His attributes, like professionalism, strong work ethics, leadership, and decision-making skills, have earned him respect and the trust of employers, peers, and clients. Over the years, he has acquired different licensures and certifications, which have helped him perform his duties responsibly and with accountability at high positions. He holds Nevada State General Contractors License, Arizona State General Contractors License, and Denver, Colorado General Contractors License.
Cooper is now ready to put his rich construction industry experience, knowledge and expertise to best use and contribute as a valuable addition at the position of VP of Construction for RedT Homes.
