David first became passionate about selling new home communities during his 10+ years with Pulte/Del Webb Builders. David has been at the forefront of master-planned communities in Colorado for almost two decades before joining redT Homes. His experience spans over ten years of hands-on Sales Training and more than fifteen years of Community Sales Manager experience. 

David has received many awards like Rookie of the Year and multiple Salesperson of the Year and Community of the Year awards. His leadership and sales approach creates a unique way of selling new homes, which have increased sales volume and overall sales team engagement. David has maintained a 90%+ customer satisfaction rating in all of the communities that he has served. Communities that have adopted his system have resulted in an average increase of 3x sales volume and higher revenue and profit margins. His 30+ years of leading sales experience spans across all buyer segments and product types. David utilizes his formal sales training and construction background to sell Colorado’s Premier, New Home Communities. David has helped Pulte/Del Webb, KB Homes, Toll Brothers, and other small to mid-sized private and public builders/developers achieve top producing New Home Community sales. His efforts have resulted in over $1.2 Billion in sales revenue for the developers and communities with whom he has partnered.
