The 4th of July is America’s biggest celebration which usually involves beer, fireworks, and parades. The celebration is no different in University Park!

There is always a lot going on in Denver on summer weekends, especially on the weekend of July 4th! This weekend in Denver, there may be a lack of large firework shows but there is no shortage of other fun to be had.

Denver has been well known for a long time as one of the best destinations for beer and spirits. Along with the rest of Colorado, Denver is home to many craft breweries and distilleries, but also houses a ton of great local bars and restaurants that pride themselves in serving local brews and cocktails made from local distilleries.

A common factor that goes into individuals buying a home is ALWAYS the location. With location in mind in Denver neighborhoods, there are certain areas that rank higher in walkability and bike-ability than other neighborhoods.

There is much fun that makes up the Berkeley Neighborhood, but the signature destination of Berkeley hands down is Tennyson Street. A cultural district in Northwest Denver that is well-known for its intense promotion of small and local businesses from art galleries to micro-breweries!

All of Denver is comprised of separate historic districts depending on the neighborhood that you find yourself in.
