This program is designed to show appreciation for your partnership with redT Homes and incentivize high performance, client satisfaction, and team growth, rewarding you with competitive compensation, a tiered bonus program, and recognition for your achievements.
Tier 1: Close two deals within your first calendar year, receive a one-time $2,500 bonus at the time of second closing.
Tier 2: Close four deals within your first calendar year, receive a one-time $6,000 bonus at the time of fourth closing.
Tier 3: Close six or more deals within a calendar year, receive a one-time $10,000 bonus at the time of closing.
