Tier 1: Close two deals within your first calendar year, receive a one-time $2,500 bonus at the time of second closing.
Tier 2: Close four deals within your first calendar year, receive a one-time $6,000 bonus at the time of fourth closing.
Tier 3: Close six or more deals within a calendar year, receive a one-time $10,000 bonus at the time of closing.

Secure Your Success Fee
Be sure to register your buyer to guarantee you receive your success fee. In today’s market, more buyers are doing their own research and exploring options independently, so it’s crucial to take this step early to protect your commission. Stay ahead of the game and ensure you’re covered as buyers become more self-reliant in the process!
Agents must accompany their buyer on the first visit to receive their success fee.
It is the sole responsibility of the brokerage to distribute any applicable portion of the bonus to the agent(s) involved in the transaction, according to their internal policies and agreements. Participation in this program is subject to the terms and conditions outlined by redT Homes, and may be amended or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
