Job Description
Our busy sales team needs strong administrative management! Our transaction coordinator keeps our sales department in line! These duties include but are not limited to:
Assisting sales team with contract paperwork, escrow documents, appraisals, and lender documents
Maintaining listing, showing and closing calendars
Managing all administrative duties for homebuyers from contract to close
Reviewing all documentation for accuracy
Managing database of all new construction documents
Managing and overseeing all MLS listings for accuracy and compliance with company and MLS protocols
Maintaining accurate client and broker records
Utilize existing task management software
Property site visits
Miscellaneous research and special projects
Other tasks related to the sales of new construction homes as required
Qualifications:

Compensation: $50-60K base salary, depending on experience plus opportunity for bonus.
