  • Licensed architect, minimum 10+ years of experience in residential architecture
    Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor or Master’s Degree)
  • Extensive understanding of Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Adobe CS, and AutoCAD
    Technical understanding of construction detailing
  • Experience with all phases and concepts of residential design
  • Knowledge of Local Zoning Codes and ICC Codes
    Knowledge of Sustainable Construction Practices (EnergyStar and LEED standards)
    Leadership and management of multiple direct reports and consultants on multiple projects
  • Candidates must reside within a reasonable daily commuting distance of the Denver Metro Area at the time of employment, as this is not a remote position.

Who we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Licensed Architect who wants the opportunity to grow within a company that will be building 200+ homes in 2024. We are in hyper growth mode and expect to consistently deliver well beyond 200 homes each year. We are currently #BuildingAGreenerColorado with our sights set beyond Colorado! Compensation:

Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and a total pay package between $125-$150,000 to start with an annual discretionary bonus based on performance and profitability.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a member of the operational leadership team
  • Collaborate with an integrated operations team working closely with entitlements, purchasing, and construction.
  • Provide support to all team members through all phases of projects
  • Follow best practices and company processes to ensure high quality submittals
  • Responsible for quality control of consultant documents and coordination into construction documents
  • Project research from zoning, ICC, etc.
  • Manage and track progress of projects
  • Clear communication, organization, and resolution
