Qualifications

Candidate will meet the Requirements below:

  • Licensed Architect
  • 8-10 years of experience in Residential Architecture
  • Professional Degree in Architecture (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree)
  • Registered Architect with a Current License
  • Extensive understanding of Revit, Enscape, Adobe CS, and AutoCAD
  • Technical understanding of residential construction detailing
  • Experience with all phases and concepts of residential design
  • Knowledge of Local Zoning Codes & ICC Codes
  • Knowledge of Sustainable Construction Practices
  • Ability to manage multiple direct reports and consultants on multiple projects
  • Candidates must live in or be willing to relocate to the Denver Metro Area upon employment

 

Experience a plus in these areas:

  • Site Development Plan and/or Major Site Plan Experience
  • Project Management Software to Track Performance
  • Budgeting and Forecasting

Job Full Description

Licensed Architect

redT Homes is a Denver-based residential real estate and development firm that encompasses brokerage, property management, architecture, construction, and marketing. To assist with increased project load, we are seeking to expand our Architecture team with an additional full-time Licensed Architect with project management experience.

  • Salary: Range between $125,000 and $150,000 per year based on experience

Architect Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to all team members through all phases of our projects
  • Follow best practices and company processes to ensure high quality submittals
  • Responsible for quality control of consultant documents and coordination into construction documents
  • Project Research from Zoning, ICC, etc.
  • Manage and track progress of projects
  • Clear communication, organization, & resolution
