We are seeking an ambitious leader who wants the opportunity to run a construction company that will be building 200+ homes in 2023. We are in hyper growth mode and expect to consistently deliver well beyond 200 homes each year. We are currently #BuildingAGreenerColorado with our sights set beyond Colorado! We need an exceptionally strong leader who can make decisions, solve problems, and is comfortable with some risk. It’s important that the leader of this department has a desire to leave a positive mark on society. Compensation and Benefits: Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and total pay package between $140,000-$160,000 to start. This position has the potential to earn well beyond this range into the 200s and by year 3 well over 300K as we scale our construction operations and expand each year. Additional benefits include paid vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401k with employer matching + profit share offered.

Primary Responsibilities:

· Lead, Manage, and Hold Accountable a growing team of construction professionals which includes:

· Construction Superintendents and subcontractors for the completion and delivery of new construction single family residences, duplexes, and townhomes

· Build and improve construction processes and policies that will help us handle increasing construction volume

· Manage the forecasting of our construction starts and deliveries pipeline

· Consistently report the status, issues, and delivery dates for each of our projects

· Ensure we are using our construction management software and systems effectively

· Collaborate with our architecture and development teams on design and plan review as needed

· Hire, train, and retain a team of construction professionals
