We are seeking a self-motivated, driven, and entrepreneurial minded Acquisitions Sales Director to oversee and grow the Acquisitions sales team and administrative staff. Ideal candidates will be capable of working with little direction, have exceptional self-motivation and have an outgoing persuasive style about them.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Compensation for this position will be commensurate with experience and total pay package in the $150,000-$250,000 range. There is no cap on income and a Rockstar will earn more than $300,000 by the second year! Additional benefits include unlimited vacation, paid holidays, health insurance, and a 401k with employer matching + profit share offered.
    Job Responsibilities:
    The Acquisitions Director will be responsible for:
    Oversight and support of the Acquisitions sales team – Manage, Lead, & Hold Accountable
    Goal Setting
    Mentoring & training while supporting both the Acquisitions sales staff and administrative staff.
    Proactive forecasting for future growth and hiring of additional team members
    Long Range Planning & Forecasting.
    Ongoing and proactive tracking of market conditions, changes, and opportunities
    Cultivating a positive and rewarding company culture.
