· Degree in a field directly related to this position is helpful, but not required.

To assist with increased project load, we are hiring a Development Project Manager to work directly with our Development Services team, serving as a central hub in the development process to transition raw land and infill sites into fully entitled projects.

At this time, we are seeking candidates that has relevant work experience to the job functions and can quickly learn to manage projects independently. Relevant experience includes Planning, Land Planning, Entitlements, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Civil Engineering or other similar roles. Experience within the Denver-metro area is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Help the development team with research, tracking down details and pulling together packages. This role acts as the support for the development department.
  • Support the Development team through the project management and land entitlement processes.
  • Supplementing and supporting submittals for site development plans, plats, building plans, etc.
  • Assist in performing project due-diligence tasks, including researching zoning and development codes, monitoring permitting, maintaining project management systems and reviewing development plans.
  • Supporting project schedules.
  • Coordinating with consultants, request information, and relay information in order to keep everyone in the same loop.
  • Be the department’s elastic resource to support the team any way needed. Coordinating details, tasks, packages and site visits.
  • Interdepartmental coordination with Acquisition, Architecture, Construction, and Sales/Marketing.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Base salary range: $50,000 – $60,000
