Primary Responsibilities & Required Skillsets:

· Manage construction activities on multiple sites at one time that are at various stages of the construction process.

· Manage changes in scope, subcontractors, and maintain a focus on the schedule to reach the committed timelines for completion of the project.

· Vertical construction experience is required for framing, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, drywall, and other key phases of the residential construction process.

· Scheduling experience is critical for this position, develop and oversee construction schedules in cooperation with the Director of Construction.

· Schedule and pass city inspections.

· Check all phases of the project to ensure that subcontractors are building according to plans and specifications.

· Pre-construction site review, erosion control, and equipment set up.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Project and Procore preferred.

· Experience in tenant improvement work in a commercial setting is a plus.

Who redT Homes is looking for:

We are seeking a well-rounded professional with at least 5 years of experience as a residential Construction Superintendent. You must have experience with the construction process and be able to communicate at a high level with effective written and verbal skills. Strong attention to detail and quality assurance is paramount to redT Homes and is a must for your success with each project.

Compensation and Benefits:

· Base salary range: $80,000-$100,000

· Health, Dental and Vision Insurance

· 401(k) + employer match + profit sharing

· Unlimited PTO
