We are looking for an organized, focused person to help grow the redT Construction Department. We are expanding quickly and need the right person to assist with developing systems, maintaining organization, and accommodating the projected increase in workflow, as this division of our company expands. Some construction exposure would be helpful, but it is not required. For the right individual, this could be steppingstone to the next level as our goals for our increase in volume over the next year are achieved.

Job Full Description

What you will do:

Primary responsibilities will be to take direction from Project Management team and to coordinate with subcontractors and field staff to provide information to ensure the smooth process from planning, development, permitting, bidding and contracting, through the construction of new residential communities.

· Take information from Project team and distribute as needed

· Send and receive documents for bid packages, requests for proposals, specifications and follow up documents

· Organize information for the Construction Department

· Build and monitor tracking to document project progress

· Monitor subcontractor paperwork for insurance, contracts and signatures

· Process information as it is received from all departments and relay to construction


· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and related programs

· Good communication skills

· Able to work regular hours

· Willing to take direction from multiple people

· Construction knowledge is a plus
