redT is a unique company that employs a development team, an in-house architecture team, real estate brokerage, construction, and a few other related services. Our sales and marketing arms are passionate about selling homes at attainable prices built to a high standard of energy efficiency, a segment of the market that is in very short supply. In contrast, our marketing team develops the message and content to educate buyers to the benefits of buying new, sustainably built homes. When we add to our team, we look for like-minded individuals that strive for better housing, and more efficient communities with a lighter impact on our planet. Equally important to what we do in business is our company’s culture and we go to great lengths as we strive to be the best place to work in Denver for a small to medium-sized business.
