Owner & CEO
Nathan is the owner and CEO of redT Homes. He began his real estate career in 2003 by purchasing a home to renovate. By 2007, his first full year as a real estate broker, he was managing 10 million dollars in sales and top agent at Sterling Real Estate Group. The trend continued over the next several years as he reached more than 20 million in sales annually by 2011.
Nathan transitioned from doing a few renovation projects a year to completing more 40 per year by 2011. In 2012, he started building homes jumping straight into multi-family construction. Nathan has built numerous projects to include single family homes, duplexes, townhomes, mixed use projects, and condo/apartment projects. Nathan has overseen the entitlement of more than 45 development deals which include more than 1,000 residential units as well as some commercial development.
With over 16 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in investment, development, brokerage, construction, design, and property management, Nathan has an expertise in the full life cycle of the built environment. Nathan’s leadership and holistic approach to real estate has gained redT Homes a reputation for expertise and excellence in the sale and lease up of new infill construction. His company vision has enabled him to assemble a team of experts capable of capitalizing on real estate opportunities in both Denver and Kansas City.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Ko joined redT in September 2014. He oversees all aspects of the company’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and managing all debt and equity relationships. While at redT, Paul has served to be an excellent resource on assisting and connecting redT’s developer clients with funding sources for their development projects. Sources have ranged from bank loans, debt funds, private and hard money loans, to more complex capital stacks including multiple layers of debt and equity.
Paul brings over 13 years of financial management experience in residential and commercial real estate, with a focus on developing policies and procedures to improve performance and productivity. From 2006 to 2012, he held leadership positions in his family’s development company in Colorado Springs, closing on over $100 Million in loans for construction and CMBS financing of assets ranging from Class A office/medical, hospitality, multifamily, and retail centers.
From 2012-2014, Paul served a role as Controller for a Denver real estate acquisitions company that was using institutional funds to acquire foreclosures of single family and commercial assets from all over Colorado. During this time, Paul oversaw the transactions of over $150M in assets required. He managed the accounting and finance team, and was able to create a system to recapture and audit almost $1M in recoverable reimbursements that were originally missed prior to his tenure.
He has helped these organizations define their strategic direction, prepare new business plans, streamline financial and procedural policies and create monitoring and accountability systems
Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and actively holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.
Executive Administrative Assistant & Broker
An agent with more than 12 years working in the Denver area. Lisa has been part of the redT team since 2010 and has worked in multiple departments as the company has grown. Lisa is currently the Executive Administrative Assistant for the CEO of redT, mentors all new agents that join our team, holds a managing broker level real estate license, and recently received an Associate Professional Human Resources certification.
Mimi began her real estate career on the west side of Los Angeles in 2001 with Coldwell Banker where she was a member of the International President’s Circle. With over 10 years in the Real Estate business referrals comprised the majority of her business, and client relationships are always her top priority. She is an expert in the Denver Metro area and has handled buyers, sellers, 1031 exchanges, investment properties, and more. In mid-2007 Mimi and her family moved to North West Denver and began a family. She has two daughters, Emily and Abby.
Director of Sales
Angela brings more than 18 years of experience as a Realtor in Denver and has specialized in new construction sales for more than five years. Purchasing infill new construction can be a nuanced and challenging process, so Angela leads the redT sales team with a focus on communicating with buyers and agents as quickly and as clearly as possible. Her expert knowledge of the build process from acquiring land to post-closing makes her a comforting guide for buyers and agents as they navigate their own purchasing journey.
Prior to her time as a broker, Angela had 6 years of rapidly-promoted management experience at major corporations like ServiceMaster, a Fortune 500 company, where Angela was one of the only female managers in the company.
Angela's main objective is to have happy clients (both developer and homebuyers) at the end of each project.
Broker & Sales Associate
Shelby is a Colorado native who combines her love for the real estate industry and passion for art and design in her role as Broker and Design Coordinator at redT. Shelby has 4+ years’ experience specializing in new construction sales and is passionate about helping developers deliver modern homes buyers love. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and painting and is grateful to work in a field that allows her to contribute and be part of Denver’s exciting growth.
Broker & Sales Associate
Brittany has more than 8 years of professional real estate experience, and her knowledge of the Denver market stems from a residential, new-construction, and commercial background in the Midwest. After working with multiple industry influencers throughout downtown Chicago, she decided to bring her passion for the industry to Colorado. She is excited to continue enriching the lives of all clients, while contributing to the future of Denver in new development. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with the people she cares for.
Having more than 15 years’ experience through a multitude of roles within the real estate industry, Kimberly thrives in fast-paced settings and specializes in new home sales. Growing up in Denver and having a comprehensive understanding of the ever-changing market has helped guide her in her role as a Transaction Coordinator for redT. Being most passionate about providing opportunities for others to live in and enjoy Colorado, Kimberly acts as a liaison and streamlines the process for new home owners
Lead Architect, AIA, NCARB
Savanna is the Lead Architect at redT. She provides residential and commercial architecture as well as extensive development experience in the Denver area. At redT, she creates and coordinates all drawings and documents necessary for jurisdiction approvals, in addition to supporting other members of the development team. Savanna earned her master's degree in Architecture, Planning and Design from Kansas State University. Her genuine love of architecture fuels her desire to expand her expertise, while finding innovative solutions for redT's projects. She possesses a unique ability to interpret clients' needs and bring projects to life, while advancing them from conceptual design through entitlement and construction administration. With her attention to detail and keen foresight, she keeps redT's projects one step ahead of the rest.
Hannah has over five years experience in the Architecture and Design-Build field out of her hometown of Houston, Texas where she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Houston's College of Architecture. She moved to Colorado in 2018 and now brings her diverse Architecture experience along with her passion for design to the redT Architecture team. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys exploring the gorgeous Colorado outdoors with her husband and dog and spending time with her family.
Director of Acquisitions
Jesse is a licensed Colorado broker and Certified Investor Agent Specialist who coordinates the purchase of future project sites for our developer clients. Jesse and the redT Acquisitions team currently work with dozens of developers to identify and secure land for their next development project. To date, he has led the team to secure over $75mm in land transactions for over 700 units of development.
Before Jesse entered the real estate industry, he co-founded The Non-Surgical Spine Care Center, the first center of its kind that was certified by the American Spinal Decompression Association.
When he's not at redT, Jesse enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 kids, golfing, and exploring the world.
Acquisitions Manager, Broker
As Acquisitions Manager at redT Homes, it’s Taylor’s job to help find new opportunities for the redT Homes team and our clients. Prior to joining the team, he worked with various general contractors, and investors doing home renovations and house flips across the Denver Metro area. In his free time Taylor enjoys helping with various renovation projects, reading, and playing softball.
Colin’s passion for real estate can be traced back to his pre-professional days in college, where he earned an Economics degree from CU Boulder. During his junior year, and in the early 2000’s when just about anyone could buy real estate, he made his first purchase and was hooked. Upon graduation, watching the modern, glass towers being built in Denver, he aspired to work with a developer, and play an active role in the city’s rapidly changing skyline. Today, with multiple condo and townhouse developments under his belt, he’s proud to have made a positive impact on the city and those who reside here in Denver.
Development Services Manager
Kevin oversees the planning and development of residential real estate projects from land acquisition to construction completion. The position provides a unique opportunity for involvement of all facets of a project have allowed him to quickly grow from an Assistant to a Project Coordinator and finally managing the development services team. During his time at redT Homes, he has discovered a passion for land development.
Kevin entered the company with some construction background, but little real estate knowledge besides knowing what building looked cool. Quickly he learned just how much planning and energy goes into creating each and every building, at which moment he was hooked. Over time Kevin had the opportunity to be a part of projects ranging from single-family homes to restaurant build-outs to 5-story condo buildings. This experience has taught him that no two projects are the alike, but each provides unique and thrilling problems to solve. Attacking the problems head on, Kevin has used creativity to put forth the most livable and architecturally impactful buildings possible, while maintaining developer budgets. Kevin is most passionate working on residential infill developments that provide attainable housing for the everyday person, but still manage to press the limits on design and create an enjoyable place to live. He loves to push the boundaries of what is possible in a development and ask the question, "Is this the easy way or the best way?".
Development Services Associate
As an associate within the development services team at redT, Dash is responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate entitlements of urban infill developments. With a bachelor’s degree in economics with a focus on real estate from the University of Denver, Dash leverages his formal education with industry knowledge to design, entitle and build redT Homes development projects. He has a passion for creating the best possible product while controlling building costs. In his former role with redT he became an expert at managing local utility and communications companies.
Dash is excited about solving the urban housing crisis by designing and building in a smarter way. His experience lies in the tight quartered world of urban infill development. Dash has spent the last two years creating lasting partnerships to design, entitle, and build in the most efficient manner. He strives to strike a fine balance between making the numbers work and creating space that people are excited about living in.
Ryan is a problem-solving creative strategist with more than 10 years of experience in marketing and design. Prior to joining redT, he ran his own design studio, where he helped tech startups and non-profits with brand development, content strategy, and User Experience design. From 2010-2012 he worked for the International Rescue Committee's Microenterprise Department where he helped nearly 150 recently-arrived refugees launch or re-launch their small businesses. A self-proclaimed desigNerd and storyteller, Ryan is passionate about enhancing user experience and creating social impact.
Senior Project Coordinator
Travis is a proud Denver native that leads redT's promotional initiatives from identification and strategy to execution and post-evaluation. He is certified in Google's Digital Data Studio and Digital Analytics and provides the redT marketing team with up-to-date data and analysis on the online trends of interested homebuyers. He relishes opportunities to offer novel and imaginative approaches to otherwise standard ways of thinking. Travis was a collegiate athlete and semi-professional soccer player in Wales, UK. He is motivated by competition and has never lost a game of Spikeball in his life.
Creative Content Producer
Tyler specializes in website development, photography, digital marketing, and content creation. He holds a part 107 drone pilot license that allows him to capture aerial videography and is responsible for content creation services unique to each individual project. When he isn’t working, you will find him engaging in some of the same activities he pursues at work such as capturing visual media around his beautiful home state of Colorado.
Ashley helps produce content at redT, from social media content from contributions to redT's Blog. She loves to write and is eager to pursue a degree in Marketing at Fort Lewis College in Durango. When she is not at work or school she is enjoying all that Colorado has to offer from snowboarding in the winter to hiking in the summer.
Glenn has more than seven years of experience in real estate, with a background in business development, commercial escrow, and residential title. Originally from Sacramento, CA Glenn relocated to Denver in 2009, where he played college basketball for Metropolitan State University and earned a degree in Kinesiology. Glenn then lived in Hawaii for two years before moving back to Denver and beginning his career at Land Title Guarantee Company. He earned a second degree from Metropolitan State University in Marketing in 2018 and joined redT. Glenn enjoys all that Colorado has to offer from skiing, mountain biking and backpacking. When out and about in Denver you can catch Glenn on stage at a comedy show performing or checking out all the new bars and restaurants that Denver has to offer.
Jen is redT’s Controller extraordinaire. She brings with her almost 10 years of construction accounting experience. She is an expert at research and problem solving, and is excited to bring her skills to the redT accounting team. Jen graduated with the class of 2019 at Red Rocks Community College to obtain a Fundamentals of Accounting Certification and further her understanding and interpretation of redT’s financial reports.
Catherine oversees the property management division at redT Homes. She directs all leasing, billing and maintenance operations as well as contract negotiations with service providers. She delivers a high level of customer service tenants and landlords. Her experience in the Denver real estate market gives her a keen understanding of property management regulations and requirements and ensures that all operations and records are fully compliant with state and federal guidelines.
Assistant Property Manager
Angela Ndreca was born in a small town called Reggio Calabria, located right off the southern coast of Italy. She's lived in multiple places across Europe and Canada, and her first language was Italian. After that, she learned Albanian, and after that, English. She's also studied Spanish and Arabic on a college level. Since she was 14, Angela has been helping her father build his construction company from the bottom up. She was a proud district intern of the city of Miramar, located in south Florida, and her first job after college was teaching. Angela is truly dedicated to helping her tenants and clients in any way she can.
Executive Assistant to the CFO
Eli joined redT Homes with a background in restaurant management and now works as an Executive Assistant to the CFO. She is excited to learn the ins and outs of the real estate world. Eli is an active behind-the-scenes partner to the CFO, contributing both on the administrative side, day-to-day business operations, and long-term business development planning. In addition to her duties as an executive assistant, Eli enjoys trying out new restaurants in Denver and go hiking on the weekends.
Jillian has spent more than 16 years in marketing, with more than 4 of those years as the Director of Marketing for redT Homes. She has a passion for real estate and became a Realtor in 2018. Her keen eye for detail is an asset for sellers who want top notch marketing for their property and buyers searching for a property that satisfies their real estate wish list.
