Team Bios



Nathan Adams

Owner & CEO

Nathan is the owner and CEO of redT Homes. He began his real estate career in 2003 as a homeowner, and by 2007, his first full year as a real estate broker, he was managing 10 million dollars in sales. redT homes closed over 75 million in sales across two states. With over 12 years of experience in the Real Estate industry in investment, development, brokerage, and property management, he has an expertise in the full life cycle of the built environment. Nathan’s leadership and holistic approach to real estate has gained redT Homes a reputation for expertise and excellence in the sale of new construction. His company vision has enabled him to assemble a team of experts capable of capitalizing on all real estate opportunities.


Paul Ko

Chief Financial Officer

Paul Ko joined RedT in September 2014. He oversees all aspects of the company’s finances, including the development and management of budgets, preparation of financial statements, and managing banking relationships.  While at RedT, Paul has served to be an excellent resource on assisting and connecting RedT’s developer clients with funding sources for their development projects.  Sources have ranged from bank loans, debt funds, private and hard money loans, to more complex capital stacks including multiple layers of debt and equity. Paul holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder and actively holds a Colorado Real Estate Broker License.


Lisa Porter

Executive Administrative Assistant & Broker

An agent with more than 12 years working in the Denver area.  Lisa has been part of the redT team since 2010 and has worked is multiple departments as the company has grown. Lisa is currently the Executive Administrative Assistant for the CEO of redT, mentors all new agents that join our team, holds a managing broker level real estate license, and recently receive an Associate Professional Human Resources certification.


Mimi Kemler


Mimi began her real estate career on the west side of Los Angeles in 2001with Coldwell Banker where she was a member of the International President’s Circle. With over 10 years in the Real Estate business referrals comprised the majority of her business, and client relationships are always her top priority. She is an expert in the Denver metro area and has helped facilitate many clients with 1031 Tax Exchanges. In mid-2007 Mimi and her family moved to North West Denver and began a family. She has two daughters, Emily and Abby.


Angela Steiner

Director of Sales

Angela brings more than 18 years of experience as a Realtor in Denver and has specialized in new construction sales for more than five years. She leads the redT sales team, navigating buyers and agents through the nuanced and challenging process of infill new construction. She has a solid working knowledge of the build process from acquiring the land to post-closing and passes this knowledge along whenever the opportunity arises. Angela’s main objective is to have happy clients (both developer and homebuyers) at the end of each project.


Shelby Schulz

Broker & Sales Associate

Shelby is a Colorado native who combines her love for the real estate industry and passion for art and design in her role as Broker and Design Coordinator at redT. Shelby has 4+ years’ experience specializing in new construction and is passionate about helping developers deliver modern homes buyers love. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and painting and is grateful to work in a field that allows her to contribute and be part of Denver’s exciting growth.


Brittany Jackson

Broker & Sales Associate

Having more than 8 years of professional Real Estate experience, Brittany’s knowledge of the market in Denver stems from a residential, new construction, and commercial background in the Midwest. After working with multiple industry influencers throughout downtown Chicago she decided to bring her passion for the industry to Colorado. She is excited to continue enriching the lives of all clients, while contributing to the future of Denver in new development. In her spare time, she enjoys all things outdoors and spending time with the people she cares for.


Kimberly Weston

Transaction Coordinator

Having gained more than 15 years’ experience through a multitude of roles within the real estate industry, Kimberly thrives in fast-paced settings and specializes in new home sales. Growing up in Denver and having a comprehensive understanding of the ever-changing market has helped guide her in her role as a Transaction Coordinator for redT. Being most passionate about providing opportunities for others to live in and enjoy Colorado, Kimberly acts as a liaison and streamlines the process for new home owners


Jesse Rolla

Director of Acquisitions

Bringing his experience as a licensed broker in Colorado and California, as well as being a Certified Investor Agent Specialist, Jesse is at the helm of our acquisitions department. He coordinates the purchase of all future project sites for redT Homes. With his love for helping people, he looks forward to helping homeowners get the best deal for their property.


Colin Vorhees

Acquisition Analyst

Colin’s passion for real estate can be traced back to his pre-professional days in college, where he earned an Economics degree from CU Boulder. During his junior year, and in the early 2000’s when just about anyone could buy real estate, he made his first purchase and was hooked. Upon graduation, watching the modern, glass towers being built in Denver, he aspired to work with a developer, and play an active role in the city’s rapidly changing skyline. Today, with multiple condo and townhouse developments under his belt, he’s proud to have made a positive impact on the city and those who reside here in Denver.


Jessica Johnson

Acquisitions Support

Originally from Georgia, Jess moved to Colorado in 1995. She first started working in Real Estate in 2015 where she developed a love for the industry. Jess has a passion for working on the production side of Real Estate, and she loves seeing the magic that happens behind-the-scenes. Today Jess provides the acquisitions team with support and transaction coordination and acts as an in-house notary. When not at work, Jess enjoys spending time with her son, exploring the beauty of Colorado, and catching a sporting event whenever she can.


Kevin Wulfekuhler

Development Services Manager

Kevin has eight years of experience in new construction and manages a development from land acquisition through construction and sale. His responsibilities include project entitlements, utility planning, guiding design teams, plan review, construction bidding and management and sales coordination. Kevin is most passionate about residential infill development and enjoys the challenges of bringing housing to areas in need, while maintaining attainable price-points and thoughtful design.


Dash Stethem

Development Services Associate

As an associate within the development services team at redT, Dash is responsible for insuring the timely and accurate entitlements of urban infill developments. With a bachelor’s degree in economics with a focus on real estate from the University of Denver, Dash leverages his formal education with industry knowledge to design, entitle and build redT homes development projects. He has a passion for creating the best possible product while controlling building costs. In his former role with redT he became an expert at managing local utility and communications companies.


Ryan Linstrom

Creative Manager

Ryan is a problem-solving creative strategist with more than 10 years of experience in marketing and design. Prior to joining redT, he ran his own design studio, where he helped tech startups and non-profits with brand development, content strategy, and User Experience design. Since 2008, he has helped launch or re-launch nearly 150 small and medium-sized brands in markets around the world. A self-proclaimed desigNerd and storyteller, Ryan is passionate about enhancing user experience and creating social impact. 


Travis Sytsma

Senior Project Coordinator

Travis is a proud Denver native that leads the life-cycle of promotional initiatives from identification and strategy to execution and post-evaluation. He relishes opportunities to offer novel and imaginative approaches to otherwise standard ways of thinking. Travis was a collegiate athlete and semi-professional soccer player in Wales, UK. He is motivated by competition and has never lost a game of Spikeball in his life.


Tyler Harper

Creative Content Producer

Tyler specializes in website development, photography, digital marketing, and content creation. He holds a part 107 drone pilot license that allows him to capture aerial videography and is responsible for content creation services unique to each individual project. When he isn’t working, you will find him engaging in some of the same activities he pursues at work such as capturing visual media around his beautiful home state of Colorado.

Glenn Miller

Business Development

Glenn has more than seven years of experience in real estate, with a background in business development, commercial escrow, and residential title. Originally from Sacramento, CA Glenn relocated to Denver in 2009, where he played college basketball for Metropolitan State University and earned a degree in Kinesiology. Glenn then lived in Hawaii for two years before moving back to Denver and beginning his career at Land Title Guarantee Company. He earned a second degree from Metropolitan State University in Marketing in 2018 and joined redT. Glenn enjoys all that Colorado has to offer from skiing, mountain biking and backpacking. When out and about in Denver you can catch Glenn at a comedy show or checking out all the new bars and restaurants that Denver has to offer. 


Jen Clouse

Accounting Assistant

Jen is redT’s accounting assistant extraordinaire. She brings with her almost 10 years of construction accounting experience. She is an expert at research and problem solving, and is excited to bring her skills to the redT accounting team. In her spare time, she enjoys collecting old books and spending time with her daughter.


Catherine Steelman

Property Manager

Catherine oversees the property management division at RedT Homes including a portfolio of over 60 partywall communities, a 20-unit mixed use apartment building and 15 individually owned rental properties. She directs all leasing, billing and maintenance operations as well as contract negotiations with service providers. She delivers a high level of customer service to homeowners, tenants and developer clients. Her experience in the Denver real estate market gives her a keen understanding of property management regulations and requirements and ensures that all operations and records are fully compliant with state and federal guidelines.


Jillian Crandall


Jillian has spent more than 16 years in marketing, with more than 4 of those years as the Director of Marketing for redT Homes. She has a passion for real estate and became a Realtor in 2018. Her keen eye for detail is an asset for sellers who want top notch marketing for their property and buyers searching for a property that satisfies their real estate wish list.
